Protocols from 37°N is a personal health tracking and self-experimentation tool. It helps you log, organize, and reflect on data you generate about yourself, including data synced from connected devices and information you enter manually.

The Service is not a medical device, and we are not your doctor. The content, insights, charts, and protocols provided through the Service are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Protocols from 37°N, its affiliates, or its team members be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Protocols from 37°N from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Protocols from 37°N is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
